Twill Jean Cotton Wipes

Knitted Polyester Wipes  (Unlaundered)

Cleanroom Foam Wipes/Sponge

• Constructed from an open-cell ester-based polyurethane medical grade foam. 100% fibre-free and will not interfere with the curing of elastometers and adhesives used in Aerospace and medical applications. Widely applied to the cleaning of metal masks used to print thick film resistors and hybrid circuits. Enables excess paste to be thoroughly removed while minimising abrasion damage to the emulsion.

Three Layer Compo Wipes

• Super absorbent cellulose layer thermally bonded to two outer layers of tough, abrasion resistant polypropylene. Outer layers stay fairly dry while inner cellulose layer holds bulk of liquid. This combination of polypropylene and cellulose gives a unique wipe which is extremely versatile and useful in the cleanroom - a popular choice for industrial and medical applications.

Knitted Polyester Wipes   (Laundered)

• Laundered, Class 10 version of above wipes, featuring the same composition and properties.
• Ultra low in particle generation, metallic ion content and soluble extractables. Laundered in ultra filtered water of 0.45µ purity and dried in HEPA filtered Class 10 air stream. Each wipe is inspected and hermetically sealed in "Ultra Clean" packages in a Class 100 Cleanroom.

Microdenier Cleanroom Wipes

Polycellulose Wipes

Non-Woven Polyester Wipes

• Comprised of 100% hydroentangled polyester fibres. These wipes provide the same qualities as the other wipes, but are especially smooth, soft and non-abrasive. Polyester comes from oil so it has a high absorbency to oil based solvents and a low absorbency to water. It is highly recommended for the cleaning of lenses and other sensitive surfaces.

Micro-Pure 100 Wipe

• Made from a polyester/cellulose blend designed for maximum absorbency and particulate removal. The combination of polyester and cellulose provides a thicker, bulkier structure that is higher in absorbency while significantly lower in particles. This makes the wipe an excellent choice for general cleaning in a Class 100 Cleanroom.
• Ideal for soaking up spills in the cleanroom.

Blue Polycellulose Wipes

• Similar in all respects to standard polycellulose wipe, but blue in colour. This provides an excellent wet indicator. Has the same superabsorbency, extremely low particulate generation and ultrapurity. Blue colour is especially useful as an indicator when using solvents or acids or to distinguish from higher grade wipes being used in the same area.

Twill Pattern Polycellulose Wipes

• Comprised of absorbent wood pulp and polyester fibres that have been hydraulically entangled. Developed due to the need for a more aggressive, bulkier, cleanroom wipe. Twill pattern enables wipe to clean more aggressively and increases ability to collect contaminants.
